Spectral Crop

Features:

Enables spectral (z-dimension) cropping of the entire dataset.

Steps:

1.      Open a hyperspectral imaging file through the Main interface (File → Open).

2.      Click Edit → Crop → Spectral Crop.

A new window pops up. Enter the value for the lowest spectral limit and the upper spectral limit:

Click OK. The new datacube will be spectrally cropped. The original data will not be affected.
